Circumcised or not ?
This survey shows that 64% of surveyed men are circumcised which means 36% are not. However, it should be noted that the incidence of circumcision varies widely from one region to another.
The World Health Organization estimates that 30% of the world's male population is circumcised. You can look at their Male Circumcision study for more details. Furthermore, circumcision seems to generally be in decline in many English-speaking nations.
